St. Sarkis Halva is prepared in 4 different varieties:
1. Rolled with pistachio in orange blossom flavor
2. Rolled with walnuts in vanilla and tahini
3. Lablabi (roasted chick peas) cut in small square pieces
4. Plain cut in small squares with vanilla and tahini
All the above St. Sarkis halva comes in 1½ lb containers.
